Facilities
Shires Farm has an attractive large meeting room and a small meeting room on site. Our large Meeting Room is very popular, with capacity for 85 people theatre style, 26 Board Room style, 45 Cabaret style, 30 Class Room style, or 20 U-shape. We also have a small meeting room upstairs which comfortably seats 10-12 people.

The spacious meeting room is fully equipped with modern equipment to ensure your function runs smoothly.

Catering
Local on-site caterers can provide a wide range of local produce for any dietary requirements, or you’re welcome to use our fully equipped kitchen to provide your own refreshments. Complimentary self-service tea, coffee and chilled water is provided throughout the day, plus morning and afternoon biscuits.
Disabled Access
Shires Farm has been designed and built to comply with disabled access and facility requirements on the ground floor.
Location
Shires Farm is situated on the A449, easily accessible from the M5, junction 6, with a large car park offering ample parking.
Hire Rates
Main Conference Room: £140 morning or afternoon session, £75 evening session, £220 full day session.
Smaller Meeting Room (upstairs): £60 full day session.
